About Us

The people behind the movement.

Granja Tz'ikin

A rustic farm on the shores of Lake Atitlán.

What started as a small permaculture experiment in 2009 has become a functioning farm, a restaurant, a guesthouse, a design company, an NGO, and a training program. Fifteen years of asking one question: what happens if we go to the root?
