By accessing watershed.earth or creasolpermacultura.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

CreaSol Permacultura provides regenerative design education, consulting, and land design services. All programs are subject to availability and our acceptance of your application where applicable.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Refund policy: full refund within 14 days of enrollment for training programs. Design consulting retainers are non-refundable after project commencement.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, design methodologies, and content on this website are the intellectual property of CreaSol Permacultura. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our materials without written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our services respectfully and in good faith. We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone who violates community guidelines or engages in harmful behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

CreaSol Permacultura provides educational and consulting services. Results from applying our methods depend on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income levels, or ecological results.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sololá, Guatemala.
